Our Commitment
Tribe is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
We prohibit any content, behavior, activity, or interaction that exploits, endangers, abuses, or sexualizes children. Protecting children is a fundamental responsibility of our platform, and we actively work to prevent, detect, remove, and report any material or conduct that violates these standards.
Section 02
Prohibited Content and Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tribe. Violations result in immediate enforcement actions.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.
- Content depicting, promoting, encouraging, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors.
- Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
- Soliciting, requesting, sharing, or distributing sexual content involving minors.
- Human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse involving children.
- Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or harms children.
- Attempts to use the platform to recruit, manipulate, exploit, or communicate inappropriately with minors.
Users who engage in such activities will face immediate enforcement actions, including account suspension or permanent removal.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users who encounter content or behavior that may involve child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment are encouraged to report it immediately.
Use our in-app reporting tools or contact our dedicated safety team directly. Reports should include all relevant information that may assist our review process.

Review and Enforcement
Tribe reviews reports related to child safety as an absolute priority — above all other report categories.
- Remove the content immediately.
- Restrict or terminate accounts involved.
- Preserve evidence where required by law.
- Escalate credible threats or illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
Section 05
Cooperation With Law Enforcement
Where required by applicable law, Tribe will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and relevant authorities.
We cooperate in investigations involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or related crimes. We may preserve and disclose information in accordance with applicable laws and legal obligations.
Section 06
Age Requirements
Users must comply with the minimum age requirements established by Tribe and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove accounts that misrepresent age or otherwise violate our age-related policies. Age verification may be required in certain contexts.

Continuous Improvement
Tribe continuously evaluates and improves its safety measures, moderation systems, and reporting mechanisms.
We invest in advanced detection technology, human review teams, and partnerships with child safety organizations to better protect children and vulnerable users on our platform.
