Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Tribe account at any time by following these steps directly within the Tribe mobile app:

• Open the Tribe App.
• Go to Settings (by tapping your profile icon).
• Select Advanced Settings.
• Tap Delete Account.
• Confirm your deletion request.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Profile information (your name, email address, username, phone number, and profile picture)
• Posts and user-generated content associated with your account
• Messages and account activity, subject to applicable retention requirements
• Community participation records linked to your account

Certain information may be retained for a limited period where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Terms of Service. In these cases, we only retain the minimal required data, secure it with restricted access, and delete it once the retention period expires.

If you are unable to access your account, cannot log into the app, or require further assistance with account deletion, please reach out directly to our support team. We will process your request manually after verifying your identity.

Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period after confirmation. Once the deletion is fully completed and data is wiped from our servers, it cannot be reversed. Please make sure to download any content or records you wish to keep before confirming.
